Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated locations using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon completion
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
