Responsibilities
- Transport packages to designated addresses in Albuquerque and surrounding areas with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior, adhering to all company sanitation standards.
- Inspect delivery vehicles daily for mechanical issues, ensuring safety compliance before and after routes.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Accurately record proof of delivery (POD) and manage returns or damaged goods efficiently.
- Navigate using GPS systems to optimize routes and minimize delays during peak traffic hours.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanning devices or mobile apps.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be willing to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
