Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Arlington and surrounding areas.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure a positive unboxing experience.
- Inspect delivery vehicles daily to ensure they are clean, fueled, and in safe working condition.
- Utilize handheld scanners and GPS navigation systems to optimize routes and track delivery status.
- Handle package handling with care, ensuring all items are undamaged upon arrival.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery logs and mileage reports, accurately and on time.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to plan routes efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Physical stamina to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
