Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver freight across assigned routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate DOT logs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Load/unload cargo using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication
- Comply with all federal/state regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR and minimum 2 years experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Knowledge of hazmat regulations (HME endorsement preferred)
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including overnight routes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
