Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional freight delivery in Miami-Dade County
- Maintain DOT-compliant logs and documentation for all shipments
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Handle loading/unloading operations when required at client sites
- Utilize GPS tracking systems for real-time route optimization
- Build client relationships through professional service delivery
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class B license with clean MVR (3+ years driving history)
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Strong knowledge of Miami metropolitan area roadways
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Commercial liability insurance ($1M minimum coverage)
- Smartphone with reliable data connectivity
