Responsibilities
- Operate your own box truck for local and regional deliveries
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of freight to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize routes for efficiency while adhering to DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Uphold professional standards and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Reliable box truck (26ft+) with valid registration
- Proof of commercial auto insurance ($1M+)
- Strong knowledge of St. Louis metro area
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
- Self-motivated with time management skills
