Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (26ft) for local/regional freight deliveries
- Maintain meticulous vehicle maintenance logs and pre-trip inspections
- Optimize delivery routes using provided GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time schedule adjustments
- Ensure strict compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and billing paperwork
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Proven box truck operation experience (26ft+ vehicles)
- Strong knowledge of Denver metro and Colorado mountain routes
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must own reliable personal vehicle for commute
