Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Scan packages using handheld devices for accurate tracking and delivery confirmation
- Load/unload packages efficiently while maintaining organization and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and issue resolution
- Follow optimized delivery routes to ensure on-time performance and fuel efficiency
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and package scanning
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
