Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in varying weather conditions and traffic environments.
- Load, unload, and organize packages to ensure accurate delivery and efficient routes.
- Verify packages against the delivery manifest and ensure correct address placement.
- Interact professionally and respectfully with customers to ensure a positive unboxing experience.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily delivery targets and service level agreements.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License required (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
