About the Role
We are seeking dedicated individuals to operate our fleet of freight trucks. Your primary focus will be the safe and timely delivery of goods across California and the Southwest region. You will be the face of our company, representing our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport freight across California and the Southwest region.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or hand trucks, ensuring weight distribution is correct.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or be willing to enroll in our paid training program.
- Must have a clean driving record (MVR) with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a commercial vehicle across state lines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
