Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently on various routes throughout the region.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring cargo is secured properly to prevent damage.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance.
