Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 trucks to transport freight across designated regional routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle compliance
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
- Represent Nevada Freight Solutions with professional conduct at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and hazmat procedures (preferred)
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Flexibility for overnight regional travel (typically 2-3 nights/week)
