Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial freight vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed)
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle maintenance logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team via remote communication platforms
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Complete digital delivery documentation and reporting
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Remote communication tools literacy (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips
