Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers to transport freight across the United States.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and daily logs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members regarding delivery status and route changes.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck cab and cargo area.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Must possess a clean driving record and current DOT medical card.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to undergo and successfully complete our paid training program.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
