Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed) over assigned routes in Minneapolis and the greater Midwest region.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any mechanical issues.
- Load and secure cargo according to weight and balance regulations to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company policies.
- Interact professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members at pickup and delivery locations.
- Keep the truck clean and organized, including the cab and trailer interior.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in freight transport (dry van or reefer preferred).
- Current Medical Card and DOT physical on file.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws, road conditions, and safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
