Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Tucson
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly communication and order accuracy
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks daily
- Track deliveries through our mobile app and update customers in real-time
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing accurately
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to a dependable vehicle
- Smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps and navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities and customer service mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order verification
