Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for local/regional deliveries
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate logs
- Inspect vehicles before/during routes to ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient scheduling
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling
- Complete delivery documentation and customer interactions
- Report maintenance issues and perform minor repairs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Philadelphia metro area roadways
- Basic knowledge of cargo securement techniques
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
