Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently while ensuring proper handling and safety.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD/DOT) and vehicle inspection reports.
- Plan routes and adhere to delivery schedules to ensure on-time performance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Clean Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT physical).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties associated with freight handling.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety protocols.
