Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight on dedicated regional routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD)
- Collaborate with remote dispatch team via tablet for real-time route adjustments
- Ensure timely delivery while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies
- Load/unload shipments with proper equipment and documentation
- Proactively communicate delivery status and potential delays via mobile app
- Maintain clean driving record and uphold safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Basic smartphone proficiency for remote communication tools
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Arizona highway systems
- Remote work capability when not actively driving
