Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials on established routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo as required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate manual pallet jacks
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City metropolitan area geography
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills for delivery tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
