Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional passenger service and safe transportation throughout Fort Wayne
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety standards
- Utilize the FlexRide app to efficiently navigate and accept ride requests
- Complete trips promptly while adhering to local traffic laws and regulations
- Track earnings and manage your schedule through our intuitive partner portal
- Submit documentation for vehicle inspections and background checks
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver's license with minimum 3 years clean driving record
- Reliable 4-door vehicle model 2010 or newer in good condition
- Smartphone with data plan and ability to install FlexRide driver app
- Ability to pass comprehensive background and vehicle safety checks
- Strong knowledge of Fort Wayne streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
