Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks on dedicated regional routes with flexible scheduling options
- Load/unload cargo with precision and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to HOS regulations while optimizing route efficiency
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Utilize telematics systems for real-time route adjustments and performance tracking
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all FMCSA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore metro area and Mid-Atlantic region
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and climb/descend trailer safely
- Proficient in electronic logging devices and basic navigation systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
