Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and unload packages with care, ensuring all items are delivered in perfect condition.
- Utilize GPS navigation to plan efficient routes and adhere to strict delivery time windows.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling packages professionally and communicating effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior, performing basic safety checks before each shift.
- Log delivery details accurately in the mobile app to ensure real-time tracking transparency.
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Uphold a professional appearance and represent the UrbanFlow brand positively.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle (Sedan or Van) with current registration and liability insurance.
- Smartphone capable of running navigation apps (Android or iOS).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of the Seattle, WA geography and traffic patterns.
- Self-motivated individuals with a proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
