Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and soil
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Follow DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adapt to changing schedules based on project needs
- Assist in minor equipment troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year dump truck experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and site safety
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends
