Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials (dirt, gravel, asphalt) to job sites
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness/maintenance logs
- Adapt routes based on traffic conditions and project priorities
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Manage loading/unloading procedures with precision
- Document delivery logs and report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no DUIs or major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic understanding of GPS navigation and route planning
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
