Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates within Henderson metro area
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance logs
- Maintain clean driving record with strict adherence to DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Secure loads and ensure proper weight distribution during transit
- Assist in loading/unloading operations at job sites when required
- Report mechanical issues and coordinate vehicle maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with airbrake endorsement
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience with dump trucks
- Clean MVR record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform outdoor work in varying weather
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, or weekends as needed
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
