Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks on dedicated routes across the Southwest region
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining flexible start/end times
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip documentation
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route optimization and customer communication
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Represent AZ Roadmasters Logistics with professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate various loading equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
