Responsibilities
- Drive Amazon-branded vans and deliver packages to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Interact professionally and politely with customers, resolving any delivery concerns or issues.
- Follow designated routes and time schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Inspect vehicle condition and report any maintenance needs to management.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while driving and operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to problem-solve on the go.
- Reliable smartphone for navigation and app-based tasks.
