Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to customers across Dallas
- Load/unload packages efficiently while maintaining delivery quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries
- Utilize handheld scanners to track and confirm deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team for route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for delivery verification
- Reliable transportation to/from shift locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Comfortable operating GPS navigation systems
