Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for local/regional freight transport
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route optimization
- Handle secure loading/unloading of diverse cargo types
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle defects promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations (DUI, reckless driving)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Flexibility for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts
- Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic knowledge of El Paso metro roadways and border crossings
