Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across San Francisco Bay Area routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal route planning and delivery timelines
- Load/unload cargo with proper securing techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Complete necessary paperwork and digital documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Familiarity with Bay Area traffic patterns and delivery zones
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and GPS navigation proficiency
- Pass background check and drug screening
- HAZMAT certification preferred
