Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products on designated routes throughout Phoenix metro area
- Load/unload shipments with proper equipment and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service during client interactions and resolve delivery concerns promptly
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs immediately
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to update delivery status and adjust routes as needed
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all DOT/FMCSA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience with route familiarity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate pallet jacks/forklifts
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery schedules
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic computer literacy for delivery tracking systems and documentation
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
- Knowledge of Phoenix area streets and GPS navigation systems
