Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided tractor-trailers for regional freight transport
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries while prioritizing safety
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Represent Global Logistics Solutions with professionalism at all customer sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee metro area and surrounding regions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
