Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across regional routes
- Maintain meticulous delivery logs and documentation for compliance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and timely deliveries
- Handle loading/unloading procedures with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and reliability
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Proficient in using electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
