Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment for material transport and construction projects
- Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and route planning
- Coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors for efficient logistics
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Support team members in emergency situations or high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating dump trucks or heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Familiarity with Mesa/Phoenix metro area roadways and construction sites
- Strong communication skills and attention to safety compliance
- Flexibility to work early mornings and occasional weekends
- Remote-friendly: ability to complete administrative tasks digitally
