Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials and debris to/from job sites
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and document vehicle conditions
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and maintain compliance with DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and timely deliveries
- Load/unload materials using proper safety protocols and equipment
- Conduct minor vehicle maintenance and report issues promptly
- Represent our company with professional conduct at all client locations
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years' dump truck operation experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis metro area and surrounding regions
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 60 lbs
- Commitment to safety protocols and defensive driving practices
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred
