Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates across job sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections and daily maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all transport activities
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate efficiently with site supervisors and logistics team for timely deliveries
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
- Represent Pacific Island Transport Solutions with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable dump truck operation experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Honolulu traffic patterns and island geography
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
