Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, asphalt, and debris
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors for timely deliveries
- Secure and unload materials at designated construction zones
- Report mechanical issues and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Participate in quarterly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Familiarity with Oahu's traffic patterns and construction sites
- DOT physical certification current or obtainable
- Basic equipment troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong communication and time management skills
