Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely to transport construction materials, gravel, and debris
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload materials efficiently at construction sites and disposal facilities
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Assist in minor equipment troubleshooting and basic repairs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Knowledge of Denver metro area traffic patterns
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance skills
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
