Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment on construction sites and haul routes
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and maintenance checks
- Load/unload materials following safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Adapt routes based on weather and site conditions
- Train junior drivers on equipment operation
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- 2+ years dump truck operation experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Knowledge of Colorado roadways and construction zones
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
