Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Navigate complex job sites and urban Milwaukee routes efficiently
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with site supervisors and dispatch teams for timely deliveries
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain clean vehicles and professional appearance at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial dump truck operation experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Milwaukee area routes and construction zones
- Strong commitment to safety and defensive driving practices
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting on-site
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
