Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicle with provided equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries
- Follow Amazon's delivery protocols and safety standards
- Optimize routes using provided GPS technology
- Report maintenance issues with company vehicles promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at fulfillment centers
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
