Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and excavated soil
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate daily vehicle logs
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers for timely deliveries
- Secure loads and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Report maintenance issues and perform minor repairs when certified
- Assist in loading/unloading operations using heavy equipment
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable dump truck experience
- Clean MVR with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Philadelphia area construction zones and routes
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
