Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages, documents, and medical supplies to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain recipient signatures for all shipments
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times
- Inspect vehicles daily and report maintenance needs to ensure operational readiness
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional demeanor
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and warehouse inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and operate manual transmissions
- Strong knowledge of Tucson metropolitan area and surrounding communities
- High school diploma or equivalent; commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Proficiency with mobile delivery tracking apps and basic technology
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Pass background check and drug screening as required by company policy
