Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages, documents, and time-sensitive deliveries throughout Miami-Dade County
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely deliveries and professional interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team and clients
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and smartphone applications
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Spanish language fluency highly valued for Miami clientele
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
