Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in Mesa and surrounding areas in a safe and timely manner.
- Obtain proper signatures and proof of delivery for all packages to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and communicating effectively with clients.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every shift.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure routes are completed within the designated time windows.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- At least 1 year of experience in delivery or courier services preferred.
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic smartphone proficiency (iOS or Android) for navigation and app usage.
- Physical stamina to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
