Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport time-sensitive packages and documents within Mesa metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain recipient signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure optimal maintenance
- Utilize GPS technology for real-time route optimization and ETAs
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Proven experience in local delivery or courier services
- Strong knowledge of Mesa street navigation and traffic patterns
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Pass background check and drug screening
