Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and documents to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain proper signatures for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes for efficiency while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading of packages and verify contents against manifests
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to company policies regarding package handling and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque streets and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate manual/automated pallet jacks
- Basic computer skills for digital manifest tracking
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Background check and drug screening required
