Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) in urban and highway environments
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete pre-trip inspections and maintenance reports
- Manage delivery schedules with GPS tracking systems
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate with dispatch and clients professionally
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of NYC traffic patterns and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility for overnight routes and weekends
