Responsibilities
- Operate commercial delivery vehicles safely and efficiently along assigned local routes.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate digital logs (ELD) and delivery records in real-time.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and handling on-site inquiries.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and familiarity with the Glendale, AZ area.
- Basic computer literacy for using handheld delivery scanners and ELD apps.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
